Kayla Pickler

Executive Director

 

Kayla Pickler brings over six years of experience in senior living to our community. She joined the TerraBella Senior Living team in 2023 as the Executive Director of TerraBella Spartanburg before transitioning to TerraBella Summit in 2024. Kayla graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2018 and a Masters of Public Health from Liberty University in 2020. After graduating college, Kayla found a passion for working with seniors and the joy that it brought to her life. She looks forward to serving our wonderful community here in Greenville!

Adam Saunders

Area Sales Director

 

Adam Sanders serves as Area Sales Director at TerraBella Summit in Greenville, SC and TerraBella Marchbanks in Anderson, SC where he meets the needs of families by discussing, planning a road map,  and navigating senior healthcare for their loved ones. Adam Sanders brings more than 15 years of Home Health, Director of Marketing and Hospice, Director of Marketing experience to TerraBella Summit and TerraBella Marchbanks.
 
Prior to joining TerraBella Summit and TerraBella Marchbanks,  Adam grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI. Before joining the Health Care Industry, Adam was a Financial Advisor and enjoyed helping people financially plan for their future. Adam also started/owned a Medicare company that served thousands of seniors in NC and SC.
 
Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing golf, going on weekend trips, and spending time with his two teenage daughters, Lilly and Cora.

Sasha Satzger

Director of Celebrations

 

Sasha Satzger, Director of Celebrations, has gained a wealth of experience in the therapies and senior care areas. Sasha graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy. During this time, she found a love for being around seniors and knew it was what she wanted to do. Ever since, she has been involved in the senior living industry. She is recently engaged and lives with her fiancé and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, exploring new places, hanging out with friends and family, and cooking and baking.
