Kayla Pickler Campbell

Executive Director

 

Kayla Pickler Campbell brings over six years of experience in senior living to our community. She joined the TerraBella Senior Living team in 2023 as the Executive Director of TerraBella Spartanburg before transitioning to TerraBella Summit in 2024. Kayla graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2018 and a Masters of Public Health from Liberty University in 2020. After graduating college, Kayla found a passion for working with seniors and the joy that it brought to her life. She looks forward to serving our wonderful community here in Greenville!

With over 20 years of experience in senior healthcare, Shan Cooper has held key roles in skilled nursing, assisted living, and hospice care. Her professional background includes care coordination, family support, and community outreach — all driven by a deep passion for serving seniors and their families with dignity and compassion. Known for her empathetic approach and strong knowledge of the senior care continuum, Shan is committed to helping others navigate the aging journey with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys lake life, cooking, her faith, and spending time with family.
